Payments and Refunds Policy

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for purchases on our Site:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Other: Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, Flutterwave, Apple Pay, Google Pay, mobile money, bank transfers, etc.

We reserve the right to add or remove payment methods/gateways at any time.

Payment Security

  • We use a secure third-party payment processor to handle your payment information. Your payment details are encrypted and processed securely in accordance with industry standards. If you require a SOC 2, ISO, PCI DSS compliance, kindly reach out to the payment gateway provider directly.
  • We do not store your full payment information on our servers. Payment is processed on the gateway server of choice.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the security of your payment information and for any unauthorized use of your payment method.

Order Confirmation

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will contain details of your order, including:
    • Order number
    • Products ordered
    • Billing and shipping address
    • Total amount due
    • Estimated delivery timeframe
  • Please review your order confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if you have any questions or concerns.

Currency

All prices on our Site are displayed in either in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or US Dollar $.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order, the delivery destination, and the shipping method selected.
  • Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may be imposed on international shipments.

Refunds

  1. We offer a 14-day refund policy for most items, starting from the date of delivery.
  2. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Not a made-to-order item (unless faulty)

3. To request a refund:

  • Contact us at hello@korsiwa.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

4. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty.  
5. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Processing Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Made-to-order items (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used or damaged

Changes to this Policy
