For items we carry in stock, you should receive your order within 7 - 14 working days, depending on where you are based in Nigeria.
Due to the bespoke nature of the products we supply and the diverse choice of finishes and materials, goods are often made-to-order and will require a 4 - 6 lead and delivery timeline, depending on the size of the product.
We will contact you via email to confirm your made-to-order details to ensure all specifications are completely correct before production. Following delivery, made-to-order goods are non-returnable unless we have not supplied the correct item or specification as per the order confirmation email.
Yes, we offer a 2 year warranty on all our furniture items.
All the items we sell are made to last. To ensure your products are preserved and kept in great condition for years to come, simply wipe the surface with a wet towel and keep it dry afterward!
These are brand new items which have just launched. By pre-ordering them you get to secure the bespoke and exclusive pieces! We will always keep you informed of the latest shipping dates so you know when to expect your delivery.
We can deliver overseas and will need to offer a quotation. Please contact us for a quote, with the details of your order and its destination.
Please all deliveries outside of Nigeria may incur customs VAT and/or duty plus local handling charges payable on delivery by the customer.
These additional charges can vary by country and are levied by the Government of the country of import, so will not be included in our delivery quote.
Goods may not be rejected on import and refunded/returned due to these charges. We strongly recommend you enquire locally about import charges prior to ordering.
We make every effort to deliver your items to you in perfect condition. We recommend that you check your delivery as soon as it is received. On the rare occasion there is a problem then please contact us immediately with an image of the outer box and damaged product. We will come back to you as soon as possible with the best solution.
